The last time I was here was when I was 19 and it was the hangout for us rebels with the best tasting yeeros in Australia. I moved to the USA and came back after 25 years and it is still going strong with the tastiest yeeros in Australia and now I can honestly say, the world, as in the 25 years I've been gone I've had yeeros all over the planet.
The chips (french fries) are still served in paper wrap. Yum!
If you're fan of spicy, this is the only yeeros shop that offers both chili powder and chili sauce. I add both to mine with grilled onions.
Their burgers are amazing too!
The Yeeros Shop is simply the best. Don't miss this place if you're in Sydney. -

Can't accidentally mispronounce gyros here! You get your money's worth. Hot greasy chips with chicken salt and huge yeeros where they pile on the slices of meat. It's so good with lots of tzatziki sauce, tomatoes and lettuce. Came here twice during our one week visit to Australia it was so good. Both times late in the evening after some drinks! Excellent spot after a nght out. Note they close up shop pretty early on the weekends. They were good to us and despite packing everything up, fried a round of chips for us to go with extra chicken salt.

Don't know what happened to this place, it used to be so good but the lamb yeeros we purchased was all fat and gristle. To add insult to injury, it was cold and unappetising. Had to throw it out, it was that inedible. Guys don't buy cheap cuts of meat that aren't palatable, you've just lost 3 clients.

Pretty average. Got there at 11pm and by the look of the workers they weren't keen on serving. Lamb was extremely fatty and chewy. Beef wasn't too bad, they had no chicken. Will give it another at lunch for some chicken. Serving size is quite big.

The first Yeeros shop in Sydney never disappoints, has always been consistent with his meats and never uses bi carb soda like the other yeeros shop around on his meats my favourite is mixed beef and lamb, with tzatziki and tomatoe sauce. There hand cut chips are the bomb, easy with the chicken salt though. I think the first here has carpal tunnel and forgets to stop pouring and packing it on.
